Who I am!

Hello, my name is Bob Miller (AKA: the horoscope guy) and I am the author of this site which took me many hours to complete. Its development was the result of an ongoing interest I have had in astrology most of my life. Like most of you I had read my horoscope in newspapers and other publications as I was growing up. As time passed I found great comfort and quite frequently a great deal of accuracy in what they foretold.
Most people wonder, how do they do that? This was not the way with me however. My question was: is there a way to put this type of information to work to my benefit and the benefit of others? With a little study most people can develop their own astrological charts with all the interesting correlations between the planets and Moon, and what house is currently active, but, what they can't do is determine what it all means when they want to apply all this to their personal lives and those around them. That is where an interpretive reading of the signs comes in.
As a police officer for 21 years I have seen correlations between astrological effects and real everyday people. Sometimes those effects were disastrous and at other times they were benign benefits to those they were effecting. They also help me to better deal with people on a more informed personal level to obtain certain desired results.
For example: I know that an Aries is a very energetic and adventurous type of person who tends to act first sometimes and ask questions later, while a Capricorn on the other hand is an emotionally sensitive person more in tune with a tranquil home life. With this information I know that I may want to treat an Aries a little different than I would a Capricorn depending on the current situation and their particular traits that day.
What all of this means to you is this. The information contained in this site should be used as a kind of map and tool for your benefit. The interpretive trends are all laid out for you, and, it is up to you to put them into perspective for what you are seeking to obtain. Like any piece of information or tool it has its uses but it's not necessarily the right tool or information for all situations. Temperament and common sense are the rule here. Remember, you ultimately control your life.
I humbly ask that you please remember as you go through it that it is developed under my interpretations and how I feel they interact with the general public. As such, there may be (and probably are) mistakes. There is also probably information not contained in it that you feel would have been of benefit if it had been included. Please do not be shy about these items, and let me know. That is the only way I can improve this for you and everyone else. One final thing about this site. Throughout it you will see advertising for a number of items. It sometimes bothers people to see such things, but, I ask you to consider this... As you know it costs me X dollars to own each site (there are three sister sites), it takes time to update each day, it takes more time to develop new items for YOU to enjoy, all of which is done at MY expense. So please, do not take offense at my efforts to offset those costs with a little advertising. Heck, if you really like what you see on the site you might even consider helping out by ordering something...trust me every bit helps.
