"RED"
Red personality types are "Jeckle and Hyde" people.
On one hand reds are money makers with electrifying personalities full of
vin and vigor, however, they can also become substance dependent and bingers.
The destructive side of red personalities is in the lower darker tones.
These are the ones that denote additive behaviors and self abuse. Drugs
of all types and eating problems abound with these people while they're in
this dark phase. Conversely, lighten the tone a bit and a hard charger emerges
in to the light with a powerful urge to socialize and enjoy life.
Red personalities when not in a dark mood become sex dynamos and very
alluring to others. We all know that red is considered a "turn on" color for
many people. The red dress, the red lipstick, even red under clothes all
have a distinctive psychological effect not only on the person who sees it,
but on the wearer as well.
The color red is a power color. It is generally worn by those who are seeking
control, of themselves and their environment. In business the red personality
is a leader and fast mover. Quickly making connections and building a cardry
of followers. Their energy infuses others with drive and accomplishment.
Red personalities want others to notice them...they fairly scream "here I am,
pay attention to me." Because of their inner fire they frequently get the
attention they desire so much. An association with one of these fiery types
can get you burned though since, due to the attention they do get, when they
mess up all eyes are on them, and you too.
Nothing denotes the red personality as much as the proverbial redhead.
Talk about your emotional dynamos, these are them to a T. Get one mad at you
and you will see what fire in a persons eyes is really like. But, get one
who is passionate with you and you had better hold on for the most intense
emotional ride of you life. When a red personality hates they do it with a
thunderous devastation, when they love they do it with the power of an erupting
volcano.
Remember that desire of a red to be the center of attention? Well just ask
them a question and you will find that they think they know something about
everything. And, if they find out that they didn't know as much as they thought
they did, they will soon learn more to compensate. They crave the lime light
and will learn just enough to appear knowledgeable, however, if things get
to in depth they will turn to another subject as quickly as possible so as not
to appear ignorant in front of others. Ego is a big thing with them.
Energetic people, reds want things done NOW! They are frequently dashing off
in many directions always in a hurry to move on to something new. When they
do run down they will quickly revitalize themselves just to dash off again.
Because they are quick moving people, it's hard to pin one of these red
personalities down, remember they think of themselves as movers and shakers
and leave the scutt work to others.
Even though red's have all these personality traits, they do not make good
top leaders precisely because of these traits. They are however great middle men,
and once convinced they are being led by a competent ultimate leader they
will get the job done in order to receive the praise they crave.
Red personalities, though, do have a tendency to diversify and this is why they
need strong leaders to keep them in line. Once you can get and keep them
focused on a job it is all but done, and usually in record time.
Reds are quick minded, brilliant people who may not be well educated but are
quick with answers because they have lived the circumstances.
